This was very helpful to me…I’m writing a biography about a 70 year old jockey who still races in Kentucky. I am a children’s PB writer, love writing poetry and lyrical verse. This is no children’s book! I have struggled with all the suggestions above and luckily have followed the rules so far. I feel like I’m swimming in a vast ocean of facts, interviews, quotes and anecdotes. I’m overwhelmed and stressed. It was nice to come across this and at least I feel that I am on the right track.
